Continue to build your base...continue to stay in running shape.  Some of you will be starting other sports this week.  Competition is the best thing for you.

Find something fun to do.  Swim or play raquetball...do something that will require some work.

REMINDER: Race on 23  

 Running on the weekend is always okay...stay focused!  You are only sacrificing an hour or less of your time.  

Friday or Saturday should be a longer run or a road race.  Races will be posted on this site.
